NewRuixi Tech Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 15, 2026 Effective Date: June 15, 2026

Definitions

To help you understand this policy, the following key terms are defined below:

Personal Information: Any information recorded electronically or otherwise that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding anonymized information. Since we do not have our own account system, the "personal information" we actually collect is limited to device identifiers and transaction credentials.

Device Identifier: An anonymous identifier assigned by the operating system or third-party SDKs to distinguish users on a specific device or app instance, such as an anonymous App User ID assigned by RevenueCat. This identifier does not contain your name, phone number, or other directly identifiable information.

Anonymization: The process of technically processing personal information so that the data subject can no longer be identified and the processed information cannot be restored.

Third-Party SDK: A software development kit provided by a third party and integrated into our applications for purposes such as in-app purchase verification and crash analysis.

3. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

Our websites and applications may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as device identifiers in SDKs) to improve your browsing experience.

3.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work properly or more efficiently and to provide information to website owners.

3.2 Types of Cookies We Use

Necessary (Strictly Technical) Cookies These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the websites and services, such as remembering your browsing state and language preferences. These cookies cannot be disabled.

Analytics / Performance Cookies These cookies help us understand how users interact with our services, such as which pages are visited most and how users navigate. The analytics tools we use (such as App Store Connect or similar services) may collect anonymous usage statistics.

Functional Cookies These cookies allow us to remember choices you make (such as language or region) to provide a more personalized experience.

3.3 Managing Cookies

You can manage or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies through the following methods:

  1. Delete or block cookies in your browser settings (please note that disabling cookies may affect certain features of the services);
  2. For similar technologies used in applications (such as third-party SDK identifiers), you can control them through the app permission management features in your device's system settings.

4. Third-Party Services and Direct Data Transmission

We do not have a centralized server to relay or store your data. Your device communicates directly with the following third-party services, which are bound by strict confidentiality agreements:

RevenueCat (United States)

Serves as the in-app purchase management infrastructure. Your device directly sends the anonymous App User ID and Apple Receipt to RevenueCat's servers to verify subscription status.

Apple Inc. (United States)

Processes your actual payments, generates receipts, and anonymously collects app crash logs to fix bugs.

Cross-Border Data Transfer Notice

Since this app uses a pure client-side architecture, your device identifiers and purchase credentials will be transmitted directly from your device to third-party servers (such as RevenueCat / Apple) for verification. We do not set up servers within China to collect data before transferring it overseas. Upon first launching the app, we will clearly inform you of the above data transfer through a standalone pop-up notice and will only initiate cross-border data transfer after obtaining your separate consent. You may stop such data transfers at any time by uninstalling the app.

In accordance with the requirements of applicable personal information protection laws and regulations, we have established a compliance assessment mechanism for the above personal information processing activities involving entrusted processing and cross-border transfer, ensuring that protective measures commensurate with the level of risk are taken when carrying out such processing activities to safeguard the security of your personal information.

5. Your Privacy Rights and Data Deletion (No Account Cancellation Required)

Since we do not have our own account system, you do not need to go through a complicated "account cancellation" process. You have absolute control over your data:

6. Data Security and Retention Period

Local Security

Data stored locally on your device is protected by the operating system's file system and your personal usage practices (such as device passcodes and biometric locks). We are not liable for data security risks arising from operating system damage, intrusion, or your improper operation.

Third-Party Security

RevenueCat and Apple employ industry-standard measures (such as TLS encryption and SOC2 certification) to protect transaction data in transit.

Security Assurance

Since we do not maintain our own backend servers or user databases, the security of your personal information is primarily ensured through the following mechanisms:

  1. Device-Level: Your data is stored locally on your device, protected by the device operating system's file system and your personal usage practices. We cannot access it remotely;
  2. Transport Layer: All communications with third-party services are transmitted via TLS encryption;
  3. Third-Party Certifications: Our selected third-party service providers (Apple, RevenueCat) have passed international security certifications such as SOC2, and their security infrastructure has undergone independent audits.

Based on the above architectural characteristics, we do not have the risk of mass leakage from a centralized database.

Personal Information Security Incident Notification

In the event of a personal information security incident such as a breach, alteration, or loss, we will immediately activate our emergency response plan and, in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, notify you within a reasonable time through in-app pop-up notifications and website announcements of: the basic facts and potential impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and mitigate risks, and our remedial measures. We will also promptly report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.

7. Minors and Children's Protection

Our Service is not directed at children. We strictly adhere to the age restrictions of our target markets:

8. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We assume no responsibility for the privacy practices of these external sites and recommend that you read their privacy policies.

9. Cessation / Termination of Product Services

We will continue to provide you with quality service. If, due to special circumstances, some or all of our products and/or services are forced to cease operations, we will notify you in advance in a prominent location, by push notification, or by other means. We will stop collecting your personal information and, within the shortest period necessary and required by applicable laws and regulations, delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you.
